rates and reservations

4 to 6 nights: $329/night (CAD)   (up to 4 guests)

7 nights: $2090 (CAD)   (up to 4 guests)

each additional night: $329 (CAD)   (up to 4 guests)

each additional guest : $20/night (up to 6 guests in total)  

$ 400 security bond, refundable after guest departure.  

30% deposit required on booking (balance + bond payable on 1st day of stay).  

$60 cleaning fee.  

Cancellations
- up to 14 days before check-in: 100% refund of deposit (minus $50 admin fee)
- between 7 and 13 days before check-in: 50% refund (minus $50 admin fee)
- less than 7 days: no refund.
